Purchase this 2021 Toyota Highlander and after a couple days, I then noticed that the back door on passenger had a bigger gap than the driver side and when the back door closed, the passenger side wouldn't pull in as much as the driver side - that's why the back door passenger side has a much bigger gap than the driver side. I contacted the dealer and took to them to have inspected and after they inspected it. They said that they found nothing wrong with it and if it were build like that than there's nothing they can do about it, so all they can do is record to their system and notified Toyota of what were reported by customer.
