My 2020 Highlander Platinum has a driver's seat problem that I did not experience in my previous Highlander vehicles (2014, 2015, 2016,2017,2018 and 2019) and all Limiteds.
The seat does not have the leg extension all previous Highlanders had. Moreover, the drivers seat new design whereby my right hip is painfully impacted. I am 5'11' and weigh 183 pounds. Within minutes of driving this vehicle, I become very uncomfortable. I have temporarily fixed the discomfort by adding a cushion to the seat-bottom.
I have owned Toyotas for over 30 years (40 in all). I have reported this problem to my local dealer in Pinehurst, NC. Their initial inspection stated the seat is functioning as designed. I will return to the dealer with the same original complaint.
