This Technical Service Bulletin provides procedures to inspect and repair certain model year 2015-2017 Toyota Highlander vehicles equipped with the Brushed Stainless Steel Running Boards accessory which exhibits a sagging condition on the rear portion of the running boards. The non-Toyota running boards accessory was installed as a Gulf States Toyota installed option.
