the first time they took the right front door apart and said that was the noise, the second time they took apart the same door and upon leaving dealership they left the light hanging outside of the door panel.
12/28/2016 complained rattle sound in front middle of dash, very prominent on bumpy and dirt roads. Mileage 14,803
1/02/17 service claims they found rattle noise coming from passenger front door, took off panel and found 3 loose clips, Mileage 15,035.
Complained to Toyota that we had a Toyota Venza with the same exact problem and the rattle/noise could not be found. This is my third Toyota with the same problem.
Dealership ignores problem, service department is not happy.
According to Toyota, there is nothing that can be done.
