The problem started while driving on a highway when suddenly the display which was in radio mode started to flicker; later I realized that the when the rear view camera was on the problem was also present with frequent annoying flickering. Subsequently the display turned off completely upon start and the radio would work when I guessed the position of the display buttons and pressed them correctly (Though they couldn't be seen).
I checked and re-checked the fuses and found none broken; after a while of this, the radio stopped working completely and only the camera with the continuous flickering could be seen on the display; a few months later the flickering stopped and although the radio did not come back the camera displayed perfectly for a couple days without flickering then it stopped completely and everything went to dark: no camera display and no radio and nothing else for that matter.
