Rear hatch fails to fully open without manual assist and frequently needs help closing also
Left support had grease leaking all over the piston like a seal may have blown
Dealer wants $1400 to replace both powered lift supports plus labor
YouTube has a great video that shows how simple to do this myself so when I find the parts for a reasonable amount I will DIY this repair.
Until than I will pull the fuse so I do not damage any other parts or risk not getting it to close fully
