Even though car is under Toyota Platinum Extra Care Service Agreement dealer is saying this is not covered. The dealer said part is $342.
This is a Safety Issue. Visor flops back and forth while driving. It's a common Toyota problem. My 2010 Camry had same issue. Luckily those can be bought for < $40. Toyota extended the warranty on the 2010 - 2013 Highlander visor for 7 years.
