squeaky noise coming from right rear tire when braking

NOT SURE IF THIS PART IS DEFECTIVE BUT VERY ANNOYING! TOO EXPENSIVE TO REPLACE THIS PART... I DID NOT HIT MY WHEEL AGAINST ROADSIDE, BUT IT HAPPENED AND I HIGHLY BELIEVE IT IS DEFECTIVE!!!
