This car only has 23,000 miles and I have had it for 8 months. This is the fourth time this has occurred. Today I was at the dealers going through their car wash when it happened. I went directly to the service department and was told , "Oh yes, we have problems with this." To me this has occurred every two months. Not only is it annoying, but frustrating. This is the first Toyota we have owned and purchased it because of the seating. I think it's time to go back to the good old FORD.
Certain car washes seem to make the rubber piece lift up and out of it's track. Other times it not only lifts out, but the piece that connects the front rubber piece to the back often breaks as well.
