I have this whining noise coming from the transmission once the engine warms-up while driving. I can hear the whining during acceleration up to 40 miles mph. After 40 mph the noise stops. I have taken the SUV to two different Toyota Dealers. They can't find the problem. They don't know the cause.

I delivery the Unit to the Toyota services and the service tech tell me that this is a normal noise in this unit.

I do not aggre but what else I can do to fix the situation because the unit is under warranty this complait hava TSB -0097-13 number 368593 and 368594
