We bought a 2010 Toyota Highlander Limited with NAV and JBL radio. The radio FM reception is the worst I've heard. My husband previously owed a Toyota Avalon and it had the JBL radio which was awesome. We took it back to the dealer and they don't know what it could be. They promised to contact Toyota main service to see if others had issues, and to try and identify the problem. This is difficult because although the sound is awful...distorted and "tinny" most of the time. It's not all of the time. We enjoy listening to good music, and we chose this car because it had JBL! Does anyone else have this issue? How did you fix it? We are not happy campers!
