The 2009 Highlander is the has far fewer complaints.
Dealer said a plastic part broke off the bottom of the window glass, so that window would not go up by itself, and they would have to replace the whole window at a cost of $250 for the part, and over $110/hr. for labor. Said they did not replace the broken plastic tab.
