rear axle snapped off transfer assembly defective possibly other problems with drive train. toyota will not look at what or why this happened. No guarantee that a $5000 repair will fix it. customer service is trying to blame the customer. this vehicle has not been in any accidents, no hauling, no abuse, routine maintenance,tires taken care of. used and owned by animal rescue group. was donated brand new, no other owners.
only 4000 miles out of warrantee.
