Check engine light came on and read P1349. Variable Valve Timing (VVT) system due to blocked oil control valve filter. But expensive to get to due to engine brace directly in front of the cap which is recessed allen or torx nut (can't remember) Never-the-less, kept up with service intervals. Never going to buy another Toyota product (Subaru, Lexus, Scion etc. or any other joint venture) again.
