CURRENTLY HAVE LESS THAN 40,000 MILES ON MY FJ AND THE BOLTS ARE SO RUSTY THE DEALER SNAPPED THEM ALL OFF ON MY SKID PLATES WHEN DOING AN OIL CHANGE AND THEN DIDN'T REPLACE THEM UNTIL I CAUGHT IT. THE FRAME IS EXTREMELY RUSTY AND IT HAS RARELY BEEN DRIVEN IN THE WINTER. IT IS RUSTIER THAN IT SHOULD BE FOR SURE. I EVEN HAVE THEIR CATHODIC PROTECTION PACKAGE ON IT WHICH, COME TO FIND OUT IS BULL. IT WOULD ONLY WORK IF I BURIED MY TRUCK. YOU NEED FOUR ELEMENTS FOR CATHODIC PROTECTION TO WORK 1. AN ANODE 2. A CATHODE 3. A METALLIC PATH AND 4. AN ELECTROLITE. THE LATER OF THE FOUR CAN ONLY BE ACHIEVED IF THE TRUCK WAS BURIED. MY BAD I GUESS... TRUST NO MAN...
