water leak

I have a leak in my right passenger door allowing water to leak in when it rains, therefore causing my seat belt webbing to get wet and compromising the web and its restraint capabilities of the belt.

I have been to this Savannah dealership approximately 6 times (which is 45 minutes away) and they are unable to reproduce this problem. My visits are consistently with Chatham Parkway Toyota, Savannah and I deal with Marc Beales, the service manager (912) 231-2020. My wife is consistently facilitating conversation with the dealership and Corp Complaints with no avail.

Some months ago I contacted Toyota Corp regarding the INABILITY of the dealership to

1. resolve/find my leak 2. my car being hit on the premises 3. In trouble shooting the removal of my roof rack and lack of reattachment to my roof rack so when I went thru a car wash last July 2014 it rained down in my dash and down onto the floor and the back seat.

I was hoping TOYOTA would mediate and facilitate these repairs and issues that I have been combating for approximately 6 trips to the dealership and 2 years. TOYOTA has been inattentive to our customer needs and communication has been lacking. As a suggestion, I have mentioned that maybe replacement of the door may resolve the issue of the water? Casey C told me today that since the dealership cannot replicate this leak they will not replace the door. During this call there were a number of times we had to remind your employee we are his customer. I have photo's and have taken my vehicle to the dealership the next day after it rains and service writers have felt and seen the wet seat belt, yet they cannot reproduce this leak.

I also see other FJ owners have had similar issues online and shared this information with the local dealership in which Marc has tried to park the vehicle on an incline and run water in reverse to replicate the leak. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving my problem.
