My Toyota Verso TX 1800 year 2006 has never given me any trouble at all, all services were done on time and by a Toyota dealer (I also have a servicing plan with Toyota) the Toyota warranty is only for 3 years and my car is now 4.5 years old.
How is it possible to have a snapped Valve guide at such low kilometers (50 000) unless a faulty part was used.... I am told by the dealership that this is going to be a very expensive repair for me...
