The high-frequency noise has been there since day one when the blower fan is working. After getting tired of it I brought it to my dealership where at first, they said they couldn't hear anything but after I insisted on getting a different mechanic to take a listen they decided to change out the whole blower assembly.... needless to say, that changed nothing. The same sound is still there. Many people are experiencing the same issue in Rav4s and all Toyota Carolla's 2018 and up. People sometimes even sell their cars since the high-pitched sound is so overbearing. it's impossible to drive without music but even then, the frequency of the sound is so high music doesn't help. I will ask to submit a Flash Product Report on this issue since none of the dealers are taking it seriously. Online, there are plenty of people complaining about this... But Toyota doesn't seem to care.
