Our vehicle steering wheel will get stuck every morning for about 10 to 15 seconds. It will also get hard to turn when driving which turns into a safety issue as my wife is driving on the freeway with our 6 year old child. We took to the local Toyota dealership the first time and they replace the car main battery. We brought the car back the day after with the same issue and the call us to inform that they had removed the steering wheel cover and the car was ok ( it sounds like a joke but its not). We showed to car to the Toyota service department manager and he said it was ok for the steering wheel to be stuck every time you turn the car on because the car is not brand new anymore ( the car is 2019 and has 30K miles and still under warranty. The manager dismiss my wife and told her to pick up the car even with the safety concern exposed.
