When I turn on the defrost button there is a lot of noise and static in the radio. As soon as I turn off the defrost everything goes back to normal. Since my sister and I bought the same car and model in the same dealer and with 2-5 days of difference I had the opportunity to verify the issue in her car and everything works perfectly. In the next days I'll have my car diagnostic in an authorized Toyota center for warranty. I'll let you know the follow up. Thanks to God that I find carcomplaints.com and someone reported the same problem with the rear windshield.
Update from Oct 15, 2016: Customer service evaluated the car, diagnostic & unable to fix at the moment, I got a new appointment with a Toyota specialist. I have shown a video of the malfunction.
