The contact owns a 2015 Toyota Corolla. The contact stated that the chrome finish on the dashboard created a glare in the rear view mirror that distracted the contact from driving. The contact stated that the glare was present regardless of the presence of sunlight unless the windows were down. The vehicle was taken to dealer where it was diagnosed that the vehicle was manufactured that way and could not be changed. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue. The VIN was unknown.
