The contact owns a 2014 Toyota Corolla. While driving at 40 mph on a snowy day, the windshield fogged up and froze. The defroster did not work. The vehicle was taken to a local dealer where it was diagnosed that wiper fluid needed to be purchased. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and stated that it was due to weather. The contact was referred back to the dealer who diagnosed that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. The contact no longer has the vehicle. The VIN was not provided.
