BLUETOOTH PHONE CONNECTION - When I purchased my new Toyota Corolla IN 2014 I was unable to use my Apple iPhone because of the poor Bluetooth connection.The dealership told me my phone was the issue, not the car. So for 2 years I was unable to use my hands free phone option. Then two years later when I was ready to replace my iPhone I reached out to corporate for list of compatible phones and was told my phone was never a problem it had been compatible from day one. All that was needed was a software patch to repair the problem. When I took my car into the service department for the software repair, to make the situation worse the dealership service department told me Toyota was not required to send out a recall letter and had no plan to notify owners of the repair patch. REALLY?
