The synchronizer is failing going into 3rd gear. So far it only happens in cold weather, and when the engine is cold. My initial visit to the dealer resulted in a "we cannot duplicate the problem". It started last winter (2013-2014), and also happened this winter. I am going to have to very careful or I will end up with a failed transmission and no warranty.
