Takata recall we were notified about the airbag recall in June 2016 on my Corolla but since then we have had no communication about when to expect it to be fixed. My husband also drives a 2012 Corolla and was notified a couple months ago about the recall on his airbag as well. We are stuck driving around with one of us in the backseat. We feel that at least my car is long over due to have this resolved. With no end in sight, we are starting to question Toyota's value and care for its customers. I come from a family that all drive Toyota's, but given the way this has been handled, I don't know if that trend will continue.

Takata inflator. I received a recall notice for my front passenger airbag inflator in May 2016. It is now March 2017 and a repair is not yet available. According to the Toyota safety website, the anticipated remedy date is September 2017. This delay of well over a year is very frustrating, as I would like to be able to operate my car safely and use the front passenger seat.
