Very strong exhaust smell when car is on. Doesn't matter if the air conditioning is on or not. After driving for 30 minutes it makes you dizzy and sleepy. Very dangerous! My local shop said changing out the filter to a charcoal fixture could help but they weren't confident this would fix the problem. Taking it to the Toyota dealer this week. Hope we find a solution!
