The contact owns a 2009 Toyota Corolla. The contact stated that the rear seat belts would lock before they could be latched inside of the buckle. She was unable to pull the seat belt to latch her child's booster seat. The seat belt malfunctioned itermittently. She took the vehicle to the dealership three times. The first and second time, she was told that she was not connecting the seat belt to the booster seat correctly. The third time the failure occurred, the dealer stated that there was a problem but they did not know how to repair it. She called the manufacturer and was told that someone would follow up with her; she was still waiting for a response when the complaint was filed. The vehicle had not been repaired at the time of the complaint. The current mileage was approximately 11,100. The failure mileage was approximately 2. updated 04-15-10 updated 05/13/10.
