It has been 5 months since I received letter dad 7/16/16 about passenger seat airbag recall. I have called 4 times, today being the 4th time and still no resolution is done and not even an estimated time when this can be rectified. Very inconvenient. This should not take this long.

Meanwhile, someone usually has to ride in the passenger front seat. Maybe the Toyota company thinks it is just cheaper to ignore the recalls and pay the law suite when someone gets killed.
