The contact owns a 2006 Toyota Corolla. The contact stated that the valve stems in both passenger side tires cracked, and caused them to blowout while driving 65 mph. She discovered a recall for the valve stem, but noticed that her dot number (05-TR413) was not included. She called the tires sales store and was informed that nothing could be done. The manufacturer of the valve stem has not yet been notified. The recall number was unknown. The current mileage was 56,300 and failure mileage was approximately 55,800.
