when i bought my car i was told i have a warranty on the drive train for 100000 any thing goes wrong its covered well at 55000 km i had the same problem gear grinding up shift and downshift in to second gear i stressed for a new transmission Toyota put in a rebuild tranny under warranty now not even 10000 km later i started noticing the same problem again at an still having a hard time with Toyota service department claiming they might not warranty the drive train yada yada this with all the aggravated hardship Toyota dealership has given me i so far i would say stay away from ( country hills Toyota ) in Calgary Alberta heck the drive train should still be under warranty for god sakes
