Corolla S 2004, kit on bottom near fog lights seems to always peel off on both driver and passenger side, the kit is not custom it is stock when bought with a 2004 S type Corolla. I had it fixed one time by a friendly body shop, they thought it was that I had hit a bump or curve so afer they fixed it it I relized the other side did the same thing but this time I double checked that there was no damage to the under part of the kit or any scratches and I was right, I think the car was not well assembled.
