The seat belt in my 2003 Toyota Corolla le, purchased in April 2002 is locking me up in my driver seat at every, even very light deceleration of the car. I have to stop my car before the intersection, release the locked seat belt and follow slowly to the intersection line, being able to move in my seat and observe the intersection situation. If instead of observing the traffic I have to work with releasing my seat belt the situation impairs the safety of my driving.
