Driving to work going 55 mph about 10 minutes into my trip I smelled a burning smell and I soon didn't have any headlight or daytime running light.took to repair shop, they replace drl module but as soon as it was connected, that new module burnt also, so I can only drive my car during daytime, I have no headlight at all, I only have signal lights and brake light.could this be a manufacturing defect.
I was driving my Toyota Corolla and everything worked. Nothing out of the ordinary happened. I was able to accelerate, brake, listen to the radio, ac on high and get 30mpg in the city. Something must be wrong with my car. NHTSA and the media has convinced me that I might die while driving my Toyota and yet I feel just as safe as ever. Please help me. Thank you.
My car used excessive oil, and the check engine light was on after a while that I bought it, and on Friday, March 12, 2010, I parked my car at 4:00 pm and did not use it anymore and then on Saturday, March 13, 2010 at 5:00 am the engine caught on fire by itself, the fire department came and put out the fire and they said that probably the fire started on the fuse system on the drivers side maybe because of a relay that may have had a short circuit.
