Since I have bought this vehicle since January 2014, I have experienced steady deterioration of driver seat leather cushionness. Right now it has decreased by one and half inch to two inches. I have filed a case file #1407011080 with Toyota on July 1, and visited dealer to get my seat examined, but Toyota has not replaced my driver seat. I have even contacted Toyota customer service two times both via email on July 14 and phone call on july18. But there is no response or not even a simple follow up. Due to very less cushionness in my driver seat, I am experiencing pain in my legs and hips.please have Toyota fix this issue asap by replacing vehicle seats.
