The smell started at the end of summer 2019. I changed the filters and thought that would take care of it - it didn't. The smell is back this summer and occurs every time the AC is turned on - going away after a few minutes. It returns when the air vents are turned on until they have blown out enough air. I have an appointment for a diagnostic with the dealer, but I am skeptical as others have reported that there is nothing that the dealer can do.
