This lowers my opinion of Toyota. For years Toyota owners have bragged that they go as much as 200,000 miles without major repairs. This "intermediate arm," that cost $550 to repair, is a vital part that I have never had to replace on any of our 12 GM cars or 4 Acuras. We drove most of those cars over 100,000 miles.
