I have a 2009 Toyota Camry hybrid and the low beam lights have become very dim. I have cleaned the exterior lens and replaced the bulbs, but the problem continues. I believe the problem is with the bulb projectors that seem cloudy. This is clearly a defect in what should be a sealed headlight housing. Toyota should recall these cars and replace the headlight assembly because they are dangerous to drive at night.
