The contact owns a 2020 Toyota Camry. The contact stated while driving at an undisclosed speed, the vehicle was vibrating. The vehicle was taken to a transmission specialist, who diagnosed that the torque converter needed to be replaced. The vehicle was then taken to the dealer, where the transmission mounts were replaced; however, the failure recurred. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and a case was filed. The failure mileage was approximately 144,000.
