I got this car in 2020 and 5 or 6 months in I went on a trip somewhere for about 4 days… yeah I didn’t need my car so I left it sitting and after two days of not being started, the battery was toast. COMPLETELY dead! I didn’t understand. I told toyota that was back when I was under warranty obviously and they said nothing is wrong and they don’t know what the issue is… 3.5 years later I still have the car and it hasn’t been an issue since but it did happen a handful of times very very early into mileage so I feel like it’s worth mentioning. Not sure if a “software update” fixed it or whatever.. still, Super inconvenient… come on Toyota.
2020 Camry that I bought in November 2020 has only 3157 miles. One morning, the battery was totally dead! Took a few minutes to even boost. I checked if anything was left on, lights charger etc., but nothing so far. I tried the dealer but they have not gotten back to me. I had noticed that sometimes it would hesitate when starting but I thought that I turned the key too fast.
There is also hesitation when accelerating but I don't think they are related.
