The B pillar molding and mirror caps melted. Toyota refused to fix it and blames solar convergence. I don’t park near any large glass buildings - and how would every single piece of plastic melt. I had a YouTube video made and many other people are experiencing the same problem. The service manager told me Toyota knows they have a problem but it’s telling all the dealers to refuse warranty work.
Complaint about product quality front door applique flat back moulding and rear door applique flat black moulding. The parts listed above have melted from the sun. The warranty refuses to cover this issue.
This is a brand new 2019 Toyota Camry and Toyota should stand up to support the quality of their products.
