Some 2006 ? 2017 Highlander HV, 2010 ? 2016 Prius, 2012 ? 2017 Camry HV, Prius C and Prius V, and 2016 ? 2017 RAV4 HV model year vehicles used under certain severe operating conditions may exhibit an excessive buildup of dust, lint, or other debris in the HV battery cooling fan, which can reduce the efficiency of the HV battery cooling system. Follow the Repair Procedure in this bulletin to address this condition.
