Got my tires replaced at 19K. At around 45K or something, the car started to vibrate significantly on the highway and I got my wheel alignment done, tire rotation during service. On 01/05 I was told by a tire place that there is nothing they can do to fix the vibration because it was not the tire balancing but the tire something feathering and that was most likely due to suspension problems.

I've been taking the car for maintenance to Toyota this whole time and they have never mentioned any problems with the tires when doing the rotation - if they were even doing that.
