FAULTY PARTS all 4 door lock actuators have been replaced and 2 have been replaced a second time. They were covered under standard warrantee and extended warrantee. This is a big pain in the ass, because it would take multiple times in the shop to "duplicate the issue" before they were replaced, one at a time. My car has been in the shop 16 times to repair (duplicate) this problem. Toyota says they haven't had this problem except occasionally.
