TSB: This bulletin supplements the Repair Manual procedures for transaxle removal and replacement, with details on the use of a new Engine Support Bar (ESB), SST P/N 00002-ESUPPT-01, to assist in the removal and installation of the transaxle assembly. With the use of the Engine Support Bar, it is no longer required for the engine assembly to be removed from the vehicle when removing and installing the transaxle assembly.
