2012-2014 Toyota Camry have issues with bad torque converters, in addition to a software problem. To their credit, Toyota has a limited service campaign (LSC E03) in place currently that covers these issues on affected Camrys for 8 years from the car's first use, or 150,000 miles, whichever comes first. I will list these issues as separate complaints, as they exist independent from one another, but which, in combination, cause some nasty feeling shuddering/stalling at low speeds (in my experience when accelerating, occurring right at around 20mph while accelerating from standstill). This complaint will be about the torque converter.
