So I'm in the Military and stationed in Germany, My vehicle only has 54000 miles. While driving i heard this bad grinding sound coming from engine, while trying to identify where is was coming from seem like the water pump. when i took the car for services since it is covered through powertrain warranty Toyota in Germany denied services because car is 3 years old. I don't understand why in Germany Toyota a big auto industry don't work with service members stationed overseas. Toyota wants our business but won't assist in calling Toyota in Germany and letting them know that Toyota will cover parts and labor instead they told me to get car fixed and they might reimburse me. now my question to Toyota would be they offered me extended warranty that i paid for when i purchased vehicle but now probably voiding contract since Toyota won't service vehicle in Germany.
