I purchased a 2012 camry XLE and after the first trip to the freeway found the car rode extremely hard. the test drive was around the neighborhood on smooth streets and the salesman said I could not go to the freeway due to insurance purposes. the car rides so hard I cannot drive more than 30 minutes with out neck and back pain. return to the dealer and all i got was that is the way they ride now. I was told it would ride better after a few months. Not happening. the car will be traded due to the terrible treatment I received at the dealer. after the sale I was told that the new toyota camry has a stiff suspension and 30 more body welds than previous year camry's. The XLE is not a smooth ride and the public should be aware that this car is not smooth like previous year vehicles. I cannot keep this hard riding, bone shaking vehicle. Think i am wrong? test drive one and see.
