Paint is peeling. I thought it was due to the sun but a friend said that a new car from dealership should not be burning like this. I saw there was a paint recall for other models and paint colors, but I believe the same should be done to this model.
horrible quality paint its bubbling and peeling off
I went for a oil change at Miller Toyota in Anaheim at the end of your service you receive a commentary wash. When I got home I noticed a bubble on my front passenger door, I pressed on it and water from the complementary washed came out. I noticed a deep scratch on the car door above the bubble still with a lent from the towel on the scratched. Since then the paint on the continues to peel off the metal it LOOKS HORIBLE and corporate is giving me the run around. I have never thought Toyota would have manufactured such a poor quality car.
Paint began to bubble on front bumper last summer. Initially thought it was a stone chip. But a couple weeks ago I noticed other spots on the bumper bubbling. Upon further close-up investigation, I could actually lift the paint off with my fingernail. Dealer (LeBrun) I bought it from said they called Toyota and they said it wasn't their problem since the mileage was 4000 over warranty. I can hardly wait for the rest of the paint to fall off so everyone can see what junk Toyota really makes and how they stand behind their products.
