I took my vehicle to Toyota dealership several times for the humming noise. I was informed that they could not "duplicate the problem." What is most frustrating is not knowing if Toyota was just trying to "duplicate" the problem or did they actually put my car up on the rack and actually look at my car? I think if they had, they would have determined that the right front axle was cracked. As a result of Toyota's failure to adequately look at my vehicle, I have spend time lost from work taking my car to a private mechanic so that they could repair my vehicle. Both wheel bearings have to be replaced. I replaced the right back wheel bearing, but the left back wheel bearing now needs to be replaced. My Toyota only had a little less than 60k when I first started taking it to Toyota for what I now know that the axle and wheel bearings were going out. It is a shame that Toyota is really going down hill in the quality of vehicle that they are putting out.
