I took my vehicle to a Toyota dealership and I was told that they could not "replicate the noise." The nose finally became so annoying that I took it to a private mechanic and they were able to determine that the noise (similar to putting a card in the spoke of a bicycle) was a cracked right front axle. The total cost was $489.00 and the noise is now gone.
